Phases
Phase 1 – Complimentary Design Consultation
We offer an initial complimentary virtual interior design consultation. This is to understand the project's scope, client's requirements, preferences, budget, goals, and to establish how we will work together.

Phase 2 –Design Consultation
We’ve decided to work together and it's time to schedule our interior design consultation. During this consultation, we dive into the exciting phase of project planning and invite any inspirational materials you may have to incorporate into the overall design. These meetings can be conducted in person or virtually.
Phase 3 - Proposal
Now that we have conducted our design consultation and the concept development has begun. This is when we create an interior design proposal which will outline the project's scope, client's requirements, preferences, budget, goals, our fees, and all the working details in which we will work together.
Phase 4 - Design Presentation
We schedule our interior design presentation based on the project requirements. At this stage, we have also established our plan and will bring in the required professionals to execute the project while ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. This phase also has several options which may include construction drawings (CAD 3D), furniture plans, flooring plans, lighting layouts, millwork drawings, reflective ceiling plans, detailed product specification packages, appliances packages, and plumbing packages.
Phase 5 - Implementation
This is where the design plan is executed by overseeing the implementation process to ensure that all quality standards are met. Depending the scale of your project this phase may also include setting up deliveries, scheduling trades, and coordinating installations to ensure a smooth and successful project.
Phase 6 - Project Completion
We're at the completion stage and celebrate the finished project! We conduct a walkthrough to ensure that everything is completed to your approval, and then upon approval we schedule a photo shoot to capture the projects beauty and functionality.
